• 3 tablespoons of yoghurt
• 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
• Half a lemon
• Some fresh ginger
After mixing yoghurt / paprika; Squeeze the lemon and add the grated ginger inside. The entire mixture is consumed every night for 2 weeks before going to sleep.
