DETOX WATER – Healthy Recipes
Now I would love to share with you this amazing, healthy, super easy to prepare recipe with you ^.^ Health is a very serious issue and I would like to remand that I am not a doctor but this detox water helps me a lot to feel lighter. This detox water, of course not a magical recipe to lose weight but definitely helps because we need to consume A LOT of water!
Here is the recipe that I made with love and which I believe to be very effective.
• 1 liter of water
• Half a bunch of parsley
• Half sliced lemon
• 5/6 slices of cucumber
• 1 stalk of cinnamon
Add all ingredients to the water at room temperature, and leave to wait for at least 5 hours. (If it is done overnight, detox water will be ready to be drunk in the morning.)
When finished, you can add water to the same ingredients and use it for 2 days.

• It helps the metabolism to work fast.
• By reducing calorie intake by giving a feeling of satiety.
• The skin is moist by removing edema and toxins in the body.
• It balances blood sugar.
• Vitamin K intake when consumed regularly.
• It helps us to have a healthier body.
